1. SHIPPING INFORMATION



  • Delivery Area: Europe (for other destinations, please contact us)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 business days after order confirmation
  • Shipping Carrier: La Poste (tracked service)
  • Shipping Cost: Free for all orders within Europe



If an item is out of stock, please allow up to 7 extra business days for production before dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.





2. RETURNS POLICY



We want you to be happy with your SKYPRO purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.


Conditions for Returns:


  • Product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • SD card (if included) must not have been used
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
  • Returns must be approved by our customer service before shipping






3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS



  • Within Europe: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • Outside Europe: Please contact us for instructions; return costs depend on your location



We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.





4. REFUNDS



Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
